He wasn't finished after all. He had a heck of a day and ended up tearing down part of the wall. His workers did not install the block correctly. Wow, what a time we had with them... they were a pain to deal with. I am glad they are not back on the job. Hopefully the wall will withhold all the weight of the dirt and lasts. Thankfully we have a 5 year guarantee. Never thought he would come back to finish it. After 3 hours, I think I have all the problems figured out. My brain is stressed and I am mentally tired. Some how my files were saved as xtml and not html, although I saved them as html files.
